Haven’t had those in a while but I had one last night. Again I was hiding my liquor and sneaking around trying to hide the fact that I was drinking. I woke up feeling so guilty and ashamed. I know it was only a dream but damn… those suck! #stillsober

I HATE those drinking dreams! Ill wake up from them worried i actually drank. I haven’t, still sober

While drinking dreams suck, they are positive indication of restful REM sleep and that’s always good.
Gotta take the good with the bad.
