I wouldn’t drop kick anything, I don’t like violence or the thought of it.
But I did quit caffeine a few months ago. And it was unbelievable easy.
I stopped because I couldn’t sleep, I don’t really sleep more but it’s a little bit easier to relax. It’s worth it. I rely on chai and decaf nowadays.
I quit weed because I had loads of things in my head I could or should or wanted to do but talked myself out of all of them . I couldn’t remember things people had told me and wasn’t engaging with my child…. pure unadulterated laziness
Marijuanna gets me angry because i just cant stop once i start. It also takes days to get my normal energy back. Also i obessess. 1 puff right now leads to more and more and then im doing it in innopropriate places like work or be4 i drive.
I quit because ive suprizingly found to even myself im happier without.
Eventually i want my own place with my family and to be able to drive to work and back. The world will eat me alive financially
If i start quitting caffiene or coffee right now then i can live cheaper
A energy drink cost 3.60$
A icd tea cost 1.60$
Then you add the amount you have a day
Tomorrow be4 work i want to have tea and my fav drink ever which is, blueberry lemonade seltzer
Im going to keep trying 0 coffee or energy drinks.
