Hello everyone, I’m getting sober and I have read the book The Easy way to quit drinking alcohol by Allen Carr. For those of you who have never heard of it I would say look it up. I swear it’s changing my life

I came to this journey through Allen Carr too. I really like William Porter ‘Alcohol Explained’ too. They both completely changed my perspective.
I have to say though, knowledge alone hasn’t been enough. I really need the support of this place and regular checking in, otherwise I find myself creeping back to moderating.
