I had already stopped drinking for a week before I started this experiment but it is very helpful to me and it’s free.Google it if you got still battle alcohol.
Actually I learned about this from this forum.you got nothing to lose and your life to gain so give it a try.

Loved this, its so helpful, gives you the right info to change your mindset but in a light, cheery and relatable way. She definitely knows how to show that alcohol free living is a bonus not a chore, worth looking into people if your still struggling
