I’m pretty sure that the audible version of the book is free on Amazon. The physical version is $17. Btw,you do not have to be Buddhist or have any knowledge of Buddhism to benefit from this book/program.
I saw that, UK meetings are more inline with my time I’ll get the book and jump on a meeting, always keen to learn and try something new
