This may have been shared before, but this TED talk is eye opening. Please watch

I’ve seen that it is on here already, but it’s new to me It made me cry a bit, so I know it’s a good one
I adore this talk so much. I remember listening to it in a college lecture and being almost in tears when he cited “I love you no matter what state you’re in” as the thing to say to an addict, just because it made me realize maybe I deserved to hear those words myself. This was like a year before I even identified myself as an alcoholic (I considered myself a “former addict” at the time because I wasn’t high on Gravol all the time anymore, nevermind that I was still mentally a wreck) but it planted the seed in my mind that I, and the friends I knew who struggled, deserved a better and more loving way of life.
Thank you for sharing!!!
Cried at the end. Very eye opening. Thank you. Day 6 here.
