Hi guys! I launched this years’ February challenge all excited, and now I already have to drop out before it even started… I finally have a broken rib, and won’t be able to do exercise for at least 4-6 weeks… :persevering_face: Anyway, I just wanted to let you know why you won’t see me checking in next month on here! That’s my biggest fear, catch a cold… im gonna stay mostly at home, among others because of that! I see you speak from experience :woman_shrugging:

Day 1 done! Building off last months plank challenge I went with 12 squats 10 pushups and a 4 minute plank.

Thank you! It’s getting better, but Im not there yet. Apparently it takes 6-8 weeks for a complete recovery… :roll_eyes: But I might do squats, that should be fine!

Honestly I’d probably go with option 1 just cuz it looks fun and less intimidating lol. But both seem good depending on your energy that day.

Hello, I’ve decided to make this a ā€œsquat challengeā€, I’ve done some test squats and I don’t feel any pain. So, day 1 & 2 done! :white_check_mark:

I’m gonna do this one (obviously without the jump squats, and the sumo squats with my arms on my hips, no lifting and jumping for the moment)
