Day 1 done! Building off last months plank challenge I went with 12 squats 10 pushups and a 4 minute plank.
Thank you! Itās getting better, but Im not there yet. Apparently it takes 6-8 weeks for a complete recoveryā¦
But I might do squats, that should be fine!
