I feel so depressed and ashamed right now. I pass the last night doing cocain and I miss an important exam today because of that. I feel so worthless, again. I spend 28 day without any cocain, but I must start over again.

It’s ok to start over again. Many of us here have relapse a few times including me. Just don’t give up. You obviously want to heal and you got it in you. Just have to dig deep.
