Im 1 yr, 2mo,22days. Feeling more depressed than before. Not sure whats up. I go up and down with this feeling. Anyone feel the same? What do you do to get over the funk?
Hi Amy! Im sorry to hear that ur in a funk right now. I have definitely had my up n down moments in recovery too. Usually during my down phases, i try to take baby steps each day to get me doing at least something. If i lie around all day, i find that i feel worse. Usually once i start doing a few things around the apartment, ill get a bit of motivation to keep on doing other tasks, and i slowly pull myself out of funk. Sometimes good music or going outside also helps. Even to just sit out in the sun
If i am able to push myself enough to go for a light workout, that makes me feel a ton better. Or even having a nice shower with aromatherapy. All these things help me alot
Are you exercising or taking any supplements like fish oil? Both are key for my recovery
Yes. Walk a ton and yes, fish oil for dry eye desiease and one a day vitamin
