Sobriety is going great! Still no cigarettes but some days just feel like there’s something still missing. Job hunting is a standstill. Just feeling down today.

It happens to us all. Some days are better than others. Just chill and do what has to be done then have some me time doing something you like to do. Usually cheers me up.
And don’t berate yourself for not doing more.
