Feeling pushed out and alone how do I not break

Hi Guys, back at this again 12 days!
This time feels right.
But I’m at a point where my partner is going through a depressive episode which happen probably once a month or so and I get completely shut out, ignored, get rude texts and really made to feel alone and we live together with not much space for me to give him. I am really trying my best but I feel so alone and not much hope on how to get through these next days. I don’t want to break but it became such a habit before to deal with this. Any tips ?

Can you go out and do something away from your partner? Go for walks, visit family/ friends, do something you enjoy doing by yourself?

Get a hobby to replace the drinking, one which takes you out of the house to give you space away from his moods

Have you tried AA meetings? Tons of people to connect with in real life to help keep you sober one day at a time.
