Ive been having a pretty rough go of it for a couple weeks. Still steady and sober, just not doing well in general. Ive been hella shoving things down but it all kind of came to a head and ive just been angry. SO i am making this post for the sole point of taking time to actually sit here, think about, visualize, and verbalize some things i am grateful for. This helps me process things and see that there is more good than there is bad.

Love your post and you sharing, @Klh1998! I feel your struggle and I’ve been there a few times myself and even as we speak, although I’m more melancholic than angry. Yet grateful.
