Well today I had a though time with alcohol craving again I’m just barely coming up to three months of sobriety the last thing I want to do is throw all this away.
Alot emotional triggers were there and I found myself falling into the loop as before then o saw the 50/50 exercise online which basically involved 50 squats 50 wall push ups 50 second planks this was hard but at least doing a physical exercise challenge that will help me is ALOT better then drinking which wouldn’t have helped me at all so I’m thankful I achieved another day of staying sober.
