Congrats @Corinne_Lee_Bankosh I’m 97 days clean from meth, weed, muscle relaxers and alcohol. But lately I’ve been having really strong cravings for everything especially the meth. One day at a time… Right???

i can relate to that strong craving coming back. its happened to me so many times. im clean a while and i feel really good and healthy but thats when the desire comes back. im at 2300 minutes off crystal myself. i im proud of you!

Thanks @Yogi-ASL I realize I’ve been, I guess what they call “white knuckling” it. Even though I’m clean, I’m not doing the things I know I need to do to help me out, like go to meetings on a regular basis, do my steps, any kind of meditation or exercise… U know what I mean…

Same EXACT thing, and it suck because i had a surgery and as we speak I’m debating about taking pain meds. I’m 32 day clean from the meth and 3 1/2yrs clean from the heroin. But the pain pills, I don’t know what to do!!!

I’ve been clean off meth, benzos, bud for almost 100 days and I’ve been an addict for almost 10 long years. The only way I did it was getting arrested and doing a recovery program thru the courts…but I’ve gotten this far…so far so good.
