Keep busy. Service work did it for me early on. I made the coffee and set up things at various meetings.

In my first 3 months I was real short on time, cause I was booked full. IOP, meetings, therapy, work, visits with the kids and walking consumed about 75% of my week. Sleep took care of the other 25%.

After about 4 months, IOP finished and therapy slowed and I had more time. So I started doing hobby stuff, and general maintenance on my cars.

Rekindle an old flame, something you used to love doing before you “never have the time” because you were drunk or high. I have a bad ass stereo in my truck now, and my previous van as well that I built with all my extra time. When it cools down some, gonna redo it again.
