I have started finding a lil groove of listening to the oldies, listening to podcast, listening to rain sounds before bed while also getting outside more and I’ve noticed the improvements of just being present with myself instead of stressing about my future and with that has put me in the place where I know I’m gonna be alright no matter my circumstances good or not good!
