First 24.and all the long seconds it takes to make 24hours!

I am on day 2 and it is so hard. We all have to start somewhere. I keep telling myself that I will be better off. If I can get through one hour at a time. One day at a time. You should be so proud of yourself for taking the first steps.

I completely understand. I feel the same. I know nothing will change unless I change it. No matter how hard that is going to be.
