Trying to tell myself I don’t need it.
Hi Zachary! Welcome to the community! I find it helps to write down a list of reasons why you want and need to go sober. It also helps to include the benefits of being sober on your list. I refer to my list when I’m feeling tempted to drink alcohol. It reminds me that I don’t need it and how alcohol has negatively impacted my relationships as well as my mental and physical health.
