Needing to vent had a fight for the first time being sober… times in the past I would resort to drinking. Not this time went for a ride to clear my head. I feel in control and happy I didn’t resort to my old ways.

That’s the way to handle it! Good for you!! I’ve found myself going for walks just to cool down. You’re making all the right choices, keep it up.
