Hey, a few years back I was going through a hard patch and had to quit my job so I went to meetings for alcohol and cocaine. I was always against those but it was a good first step to try. I was neverous awkward too but you know what it was alright, people share and I shared. Being honest and not lie about what I have done helped me move forward. Even if you’re shaking or ashamed or embarrassed don’t worry you shouldn’t be you are great and trying to turn your life around, it ain’t easy with family under the influence too, I know the feeling.
