What it says on the tin! I have been using marijuana every day, dozens of hits a day, for seven years now. I don’t know who I am without it. I have never felt this brand of exhausted and spiteful before. I keep reminding myself that it’s endurance training- not a cold turkey sprint. I’m not racing fate/time/etc. I’m keeping pace with myself. (All very nice sentiments! In reality I am filled with ants crawling out of my skin.) This is my one true addiction and I’ve never had to quit anything like this before. Well being and strength to all <3

Welcome to your sober life and welcome to Talking Sober friend! I’m glad you’re here. as together we’re strong and together we can do this. For me quitting smoking (both tobacco and marijuana) truly changed my life - although that took a while and some work. Be prepared for some withdrawals and know they are just temporary, and you can and will get through them. Don’t try to go it alone! Hope to see and hear more from you, wishing you all success. ![]()
