I have an Apple Watch but it tracks it also. Mines around 65
I only have my bike garmin, but ill put my hr strap on and check. I know for my age my max hr is high. Its 205 and im 42. I did a bike vo2 max text last year and thats been pretty consistent for the max. It hit 211 a few years ago.
Ill check resting. I think its high 50s though.

Ya it’s weird has always been low and I was a smoker unit recently
I find getting plenty of restful sleep is a big factor, too. Anytime I trend less than 8 hours, it starts creeping back up day over day.
My phone says I’m at 65 bpm. No idea what I was at when I was drinking.
I’m 34, male, overweight and a smoker. All told seems okay lol.
