I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. I remember this vividly! I could hear voices and old fashioned music off in the distance. It was driving me insane. I was almost convinced I was tapping into a spiritual realm or something 
It passed of course. My mind is much better without the poison.

Yes it was so scary voices having conversations that I can’t escape from. It’s felt so real. That passed and I’m sooo thankful. I was starting to think I permanently made myself crazy from all the alcohol finally caught up 
thank God it didn’t and today I’m good and tomorrow I think I will be 100% (besides anxiety of course)
