Hqppy weekend lads & lasses,
Im about to get started on a pan of beef stew and dumplings,affectionately known “Scouse” in the city where im from, along with the usual dumplings cooked in the stew im making a few baked ones aswell,they are like little crunchy savoury scones,its been a while since ive made this :grinning::raised_hands:t3::raised_hands:t3:

I did an experiment with 72 hour cold fermented pizza dough and it was stupidly good :+1:t2:

I added fresh buffalo mozzarella on top of the finished pizza as I don’t like to cook mozzarella when it’s a good quality.

I love cold fermented pizza dough/crust! It’s been a while since I’ve done it but it used to be the only way I would do it. Works great for part whole wheat dough (half whole wheat, half white flour) and give it a lovely nutty flavor. Looks great!
