Yes. That’s a mashed potato! We call the skin mash ‘crushed potatoes’ :face_vomiting::nauseated_face:

Tonight’s triumph is a freezer sauce heated up and put through fresh Pappardelle pasta as the tagliatelle was missing .

I make this sauce in huge batches to freeze, it’s pork, mushrooms, mirepoix, black truffle, truffle cream and sometimes lentils. Freezes and reheats amazingly well.

This is great inspiration for me! I’d love to have batches of sauces frozen. Thanks for sharing.

I use this brand and add it to the fried pork mince, mirepoix and mushroom….

Then use truffle salt and oil.

It’s so good.

Back to Howdy’s
That spicy tuna sushi burrito was so excellent last time I was afraid to order something else.
But I did get some lovely pinto beans yum :yum: to go with

And their ginger turmeric concoction that’s amazing!
Maybe next time I’ll get a breakfast burrito.

Interesting concept. Burrito place that serves sushi and breakfast burritos and all other kinds of burritos. No sandwiches.

@Tragicfarinelli I made a mushroom gravy and thought of you! Seasoned with dried thyme from my garden, made with butter and avocado oil, shallots, garlic, chicken stock, just a splash of lemon juice, cooking sherry and Worcestershire, plenty of black pepper. Thickened with my go-to Wondra (I wonder if I could freeze this? I’ll have to try sometime). On rice with rotisserie chicken and steamed asparagus. Easy weeknight dinner.
