No they are not. I had to try recipe as is first. Next time Almond flour and brown and white sugar substitutes. They need a walnut or two and the sugar free choc chips would go nicely too. I took a bite the size of a pea. They are good.

Another freezer staple for lunch today; Sausage, lentil and parsnip stew. Also had chickpeas, peppers, fennel, onions and tomatoes.
Chicken corn chowdah with bacon dairy free. Cuz that’s what the recipe called for.
Needed milk, but it was real good.
Now I got a soup belly
Give the baby a piece of bacon. Look at that loving face.
Baby arugula and baby kale that looks exactly like the arugula… but isn’t.
Blueberries and cranberries.
