Made myself an American style Egg Fu Young for tea tonight i think its the brown sauce that makes it different from ours in the Uk.

I’m under the weather so my partner made my favourite… Ginger, garlic, chilli, shallot and lemon chicken with spicy rice, sprouts and broccoli and Cavalo Nero. Oh how I adore being cooked this… Or actually not cooking myself. 
The Habanero in it has uplifted my mood. It’s true about chillies being a boost!

Lots of yummy stuff in there; salty sautéed kale, purple cabbage, pea sprouts, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, peanut satay dressing

I’ve raided the freezer for tonight’s dinner. My daughter loves lasagne so I dug out some bolognaise I had frozen. My son loves all things spicy so I made a pot of chicken and black bean stew with Mexican flavours.

We broke the meal down into half so we can have the second half tomorrow… Was far too much for one meal!
Absolutely superb.
Restaurant : Gymkhana, Mayfair. It’s lovely to eat there as well, which we have done a long time ago… Full of famous people
