@Mno - I am glad I asked you to pitch in and I feel embarrassed that I completely failed to mention Surinam, Turkish and Moroccan food :see_no_evil:

Glad you reminded us, your stamppot looks and sounds great!

I’m so hungry today after burning 900 cals in gym. This is possibly my first tea of the evening (I have my eyes firmly on crumpets with butter and Marmite later on :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:)

Beef shin Ragu. So good!

Now we’re talking! :yum:

Edit: although if pushed, I would choose Vegemite over Marmite.

My fella’s pot roast leftovers last night. Before and after gravy  So tasty! A little haphazard but oh well.

I would choose marmite, but I’m not against Vegemite or supermarket brand ‘yeast spreads’ . It’s just amazing stuff. Especially with eggs and cheese/both.

Easiest way to make a quick and satisfying dessert…

Throw your favourite granola in the pot (eat a few spoonfuls first for room). Yum. No washing up.

And if you don’t like rhubarb, get in’t bin.

Tuesday is pizza night in our house mainly because it’s buy one get one free so it suits me and my daughter to get each

This reminds me: one of my good friends in Manchester, UK, once stopped at a pizza place on his way back from a big session at the pub and having the drunken munchies. They had a 2-for-1 deal on and misunderstood his alcoholic rambling - he ordered 2 pizzas and got 4 as per the deal.
He duly carried the 4 pizzas home, decided to eat the first one in bed and promptly fell asleep. Next morning, his other half was fairly surprised when she discovered a trail of 4 pizzas from the front door to the bedroom

I think  I’ve done something similar in my drinking days too :joy:
