Just thinking I use to have steak night every Friday back in early recovery. Boy I ate a lot of steaks back then. I can’t remember the last time I had one.
Ribeye tasted great! Little over cooked
But not sure I’m a fan anymore. Or maybe I’m just not missing it like I thought I would.
Bought a sh*tload of organic bulbs and tubes and roots and stuff for next to nothing and made soup out of it. Due to the colour I call it (thick) minestrone. There’s something like 5 liter (portioned) in the freezer now. It’s nice.
I have found my people
Just so you know, I have friends who asked me to come stay, with my dogs. Stressful, yes, but a roof and a chef.
