Spicy tuna shrimp tempura, avocado, cucumber, topped with yellowtail, jalapeños, crunchy garlic chili.

Went next door for a treat.
No refined sugar in that cookie. And a turmeric latte with a double shot of decaf espresso. Decaf has its place :winking_face_with_tongue:

I have all of these recipes and suggestions written down but yet I still just do beef and potatoes! I guess I’m a creature of habit. Either way I think this is progress and It’s better than what I used to eat in early sobriety and before.. TV dinners or take out / Peanut butter and jelly- way less of that and more real food now.

Didn’t feel like cooking tonight.I picked up the kids a pizza and got some grocery store sushi and salad for myself

I did pretty good with eating real food and meals today but now I’m going to try to not finish this whole entire bag of Parmesan dots pretzels. Not sure if this brand is available in other states or countries but they are really good. I normally get the regular flavor but it seems there is a bunch of different flavors.

Edit: Looked on the back and I’m surprised they are made by the Hershey company of Hershey PA

Interesting things for Dot’s - I can’t eat them because gluten rules there. :slight_smile: She initially made them at home in Arizona and they closed the Velva space in 2023.

Roast beef, sweet potato mash and green beans that sucked :joy:
My one daughter will only eat green beans if they are the frozen ones. It makes no sense to me but as other parents know any veggie your kid will eat is one you stick with ( even though I would much prefer fresh) . Anyways I apparently grabbed “French cut “ beans instead of the whole ones. I’ll definitely be more careful next time.
