Edit to add: I haven’t had a stuffed jalapeno in a looooooooooooonnnnnnnnggggggg time. I don’t taste it but I ate it. Also, I decided to have that toast for breakfast. It hasn’t been as long as stuffed jalapeno, but dang, I haven’t had preserves in forever! If there’s a thing I become emotional about not tasting -Preserves, cilantro, and yes - arugula.
I had to share some positive good news. Hubby liked my enchiladas so much he asked for it for breakfast with eggs. Re heated added poached eggs and a chunk of fresh watermelon on the side. Voila breakfast created in a snap and everyone pleased. FYI ingredients in the dish was chicken, red onion, Kale, Tomatoes, mushrooms and green sauce and I use flour tortillas (low carb) as hubby’s preference and cheese.
Happy Easter Pal

I remember the 1st time I had Popeye’s. I was on an Airbase in Misawa Japan. All they originally had (other than the chow hall) was the bowling alley and Burger King, not bad stuff.
Dang! Once Popeye’s came, I ate there a couple times a week. Chicken, red beans and rice, and biscuits…All the happy gluten things.
This is my second time eating there and I am impressed especially for a fast food establishment. I will definitely go there before other places. I really only eat fast food maybe once every 30/ 45 days if that because these days it’s almost the same price to get a regular meal at a restaurant like a entrée meal. Thanks for sharing that story about when you first discovered Popeyes though that’s interesting.
Ps: And as far as burger places I really like In-N-Out Burger but they don’t have that in Florida. They were in Arizona when I lived there for a year so I guess they are only on the West Coast of The United States. And not Sure if they have gluten-free options.
Yogurt and walnuts, Arugula, strawberries and yogurt.
Some nice meals posted!
Bon appétit everyone!
Food ( in moderation) is life.. and fuel.
I love a side of Tripawd with my chili. Is that an up charge? Nice to see you
Get out!! Pistachio’s with no shells!! I seriously need to find me some of those.
I got some at Canadian Costco. Yum! But pricey. I need to portion them I’ve seen them too at PC stores (Loblaws/Supertsore/Independent/Shoppers etc)
