It’s an northern Indian bread. We basically stuff the bread with just about any vegetable. Usually cooked potatoes or cauliflower is my go to but I really wanted this so strained and seasoned last night…it turned out well but I think I could have been heavier with the cayenne ![]()

Lol…glad you stopped to take one…this looks so yummy!! ![]()
Another dish I’ve never had!
Fried egg sammie with old cheddar on toasted local sourdough. With a touch of mayo and a tasty natural cream cheese
It needed real maple syrup. And they were just chicken tenders. But I was in the mood. So it was fine. I think it’s a southern thaang ![]()
I’ve seen it on a couple breakfast menus here. I thought was honey vs syrup. I’d like a savoury or salty sauce
Although I think it’s bone-in fried chicken here (but I’d rather boneless tenders like yours!
)
Looks good!
I liked it - because you deserve nice things.
Oh yum! Love it… enjoy ![]()
I still want to lick yours ![]()

Maybe one day I’ll act like an adult and stop putting shredded cheese on my steamed broccoli BUT today is not that day lol
Ancho-Orange roasted chicken and veggies with a citrus crema
It was a half chicken that I cut up for the two of us into bite size pieces. It’s not half eaten ![]()
