Making these around 8pm. Even though it’s probably a simple process I never made anything like this before and saw this at the dollar tree. I have the mini muffin tray, eggs, milk and kitchen to do this so gonna give it a shot. It’s funny because I hate banannas by themself but if its bakery its different @Smitty97
Was going to try a cake but even that might be too advanced for me. But what the heck maybe I’ll buy the cake mix next time I go to the dollar tree.
Chinese five spice and star anise (braised and slow cooked) red cabbage and pork shoulder with broccoli & sprout egg fried rice. Served with a generous portion of my smacked cucumber and carrot Asian pickle.
Banana nut muffins. Not from scratch. I’m glad I made these and there is so many cool quick bake items at the dollar tree. Next time I’m going to get the funfetti sugar cookies or the chocolate cake mix but also have to get a good frosting. I never really did any baking but these muffins are like 30 cents a muffin. It would be 10 dollars if I bought them already prepared at a bakery. 1.25 for the mix at dollar tree plus some milk and had the muffin liners.. So really cheaper than 30 cents a muffin. I’m going to put them in a big zip lock bag and save them for breakfast or snacks
@bluekoolaid_88 that’s really nice about your muffins, there’s no stopping you now! You can also pop them in the freezer.. add a little apple or banana, and see how it works… the world of muffins is out there for you!
Ramadan Day 20 - Ajwa Date, Toasted Sourdough Bread Topped with Fresh Guacamole, BBq Chicken & Brown Cremeni Mushrooms. On The Side A Boiled Egg With Baja Gold Salt & Vanilla Greek Yogurt.
Had it in my mind to do a healthy breakfast. Some days I just can’t put up with a plethora of negativity. I am happy I have a pleasant mind and am kind to others.
