Rhubarb crumble for second breakfast
They have a good Korean restaurant here. Had a lovely special for the warm weather just now, this cold spicy vegan noodle salad.
Not very exciting but did its job . Chipotle mango seasoned chicken ( the seasoning got a bit dark but still tasted good) , green beans and rice that I mixed with some hot salsa we had kicking around

One of my favorite things right there! Of course, only my Dad puts potato salad on his sandwich in our family. However, with a ton of mayo - Yes, I would.

Never heard of that.

What about sauerkraut on “sandwich”. They’re probably trying to get that finesse.
C was in town so we went to the Italian place. I tried the primavera with shrimp. It was very yummy and I have some leftover for lunch tomorrow

Beef liver sandwich. Shredded cheddar under meat, meat cooked w Arugula, topped with hot sauce and caesar dressing. Meat marinated in olive oil, garlic, cumin, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Medium rare scotch fillet. Pan fried champinion mushroom gravy.
Have a very small kitchen with my work accommodation so this is a regular meal.
