Cook unity I think is a bit better presently because it’s pretty new to us. But it’s also starting to get meh…..
But don’t get that Pomodoro I had last night. It sucked!

Dinner: chicken, eggs, roasted broccoli, yellow sweet potato, avocado, and sauteed mushrooms, swiss chard, and radishes with garlic and lemon.

The eggs are a mix of 2 whole eggs and 60g egg whites. I always throw in a bit of chicken to hit 40g protein for dinner even though it kind of looks a mess on the plate.

I made a blueberry banana something or other.

Bake @350 for 30 minutes.
Didn’t come out like the pictures. But it was good. I’d do less blueberries next time. It got kind of runny.

It’s a lettuce, spinach, spring mix, tomatoes, broccoli, Apple, on top of eggs.. cranberry pear vinegar.

Chicken parmi. Tomato pizza sauce base on the schnitzel. Then triple smoked ham, Pineapple and a three cheese shredded mix. Chips and steamed veggies + traditional gravy :squinting_face_with_tongue:

In the Ohio Valley, it’s super common to eat French fries with beef gravy. When I moved to Columbus OH and asked for it, I was met with confusion and disgust — until I met a Canadian and they introduced me to poutine. I believe 1/3 of my bad cholesterol is from that! :joy:

Prety common here to eat them with tomato sauce/ ketchup more then gravy though gravy is still in the top picks.

Not sure if your aware. But in Australia we call them chips or hot chips rather then French fries.

This is what i think of when people here say french fries lol

The produce I got today from the organic growers and grocers across town. So much better than the normal big company grocery around the corner. Cheaper too for organic stuff. I’d be there every day were they closer by.
