Macaroni chili with chick peas. B4 I added the cheese I thought it wasn’t very good. Reduced the sauce a bit more, added cheese and it turned into a decent dish! 
Definitely a cooking day!

I’ve been distracted the past week as I’ve been trying to organise mental health care for a good friend who is not doing too well at the moment.
Saturday night pizza, but my son came through to tell me it tasted different to usual. I’d forgotten the sriracha and hot sauce i usually put on his pizza base. It was still delicious, just the distracted version.
