This is a homemade Birmingham Balti! If you’ve never had one, it’s a legendary British-Pakistani curry. It’s flash-cooked over high heat in a thin steel wok (the “balti”) so it’s incredibly light, vibrant, and packed with fresh garlic and spices. Fancy steak dinner at a casino. Great prices too. My favorite was the hot sauce menu and i had hot sauce on my steak lol hot sauce, peppercorn sauce and mushroom and onions on a filet. Glazed Brussel sprouts. And truffle fries. Hubby had a ny strip, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese

P.s. hot sauces i tried they werent too hot. My tounge tingled and my nose ran a lil but still enjoyable. Non of that so hot your ears hurt. Genius restraunt idea
