Foodies Unite #12 (trigger warning food) I ATE TOO MUCH AT THE ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT VIETNAMESE BUFFET AND THEY BAHN MI PHO LIFE!

I’m not too sure about why it’s so different over here, but I think @TrustyBird got some in a jar at some point in the Midwest. But I’m not sure it was very good.

Dairy products like cheese and cream are pretty amazing over here, not sure why. Probably magic.

Not a big fan of the eggs but the rest is good. The hubs has been cooking a lot of eggs lately and it smells like they are burning. They don’t look burnt but the smell has turned me off of eggs

Last nights dinner and salad.

I wasn’t any kind of lasagna :joy: but it tasted great.

I did! I bought something like this

showed it to TF and she basically said what tf is that? It tasted like sad oily cream cheese mixed with Vaseline so I’m still going to say I’ve never tried it.

I think you feed your animals better over there @Tragicfarinelli. Our cows are full of hormones and antibiotics to sustain our huge production.

I liked this one a lot. I have been so hungry the past like 2 days so that’s why there is a big bowl of yogurt and granola on the side

A light snack … lightly roasted prickly water lily drizzled with avocado oil and a bit of salt

Never had this flavor
However, things on sale convince me to try them.

Yep, I mean there were sliced bananas in it. It couldn’t be too bad.

I had this one last night. It was ok. Better than shopping cooking and cleaning.
And I’m enjoying my salads. Cuz it’s not quite enough food.

This was pretty good except the overwhelming green stuff on my pork chop. Parsley?
