Jarred butter chicken (KFI brand) with added mushrooms, onions and minced garlic. I also baked the chicken thighs and cut off the meat and added it to the sauce as it was heating in the pot. The naan is covered in melted garlic butter. Turned out really good imo.

Yesterday’s spicy tea. It was only 33 yesterday, 38 celcius today!
Tandoori chicken, carrot and spinach rice, quick pickled red onions and a delicious spicy coriander chutney.
Edit to add: That is DiLusso Pepper Ham. It was on sale and I love ham. Although my body doesn’t love it. Cream cheese and ham reminds me of my training in the Air Force. Quick and cheap breakfast at the coffee shop on base.
And one side is halved because Gluten-Free stales and dries out quickly.
