I interrupt this program to tell you my Air Fryer will be here today! What should I make first? I have a vegetarian, so no rotisserie chicken, yet! She votes for cauliflower wings.

That is soooo exciting! I’m shopping for a multicooker now…

Well I guess bacon wrapped scallops are out lol
Then I’d have to say French fries? Does she eat cheese? Mozza sticks? Mmmm I’m so excited for when I can eat solid food

Nope. No cheese! At least she’s not supposed to.

I think gluten free zucchini bites and cauliflower wings.

Tomorrow- Buddha bowls!!

Our menu has included Greek salads once a week with premium canned tuna or salmon lately and they’re super tasty! Hubby’s looks prettier with extra goodies on it compared to my lighter version. Tonight’s has arugula, baby spinach and romaine along with sweet onion, bell pepper, cucumber and grape tomatoes.

Looks great. How do you get hubby to eat salads for a main? I cannot get wifey to eat salad for a main. She’s all meat and potatoes or pasta. I’m the salad guy :sunglasses:

If I make it, he eats it. Neither of us is terribly picky and he likes salads, though he used to be opposed to them in the winter. Not anymore, which I’m happy about.

Seems i have a new habit, don’t know many single guys who spend so much time in the kitchen cooking n baking. But. Out of all the bad addictions I’ve survived believe I can live with this one. My physical therapist will be happy tomorrow. Boston Cream Cookies. With custard filling n topped with a chocolate ganache.

They look lovely.
I find myself baking a bit these days too. I never use to bake. Making bread twice a week and Congo bars and I even whipped up a chocolate mouse a month ago. Good therapy I guess.

Tried something new.
Opened a couple of fresh cans of chili and a box mix of cornbread for a
Skillet Cornbread Chili thingy.
It turned out pretty good. Haute Cuisine? Not!
