Yeah, just whack it in a frying pan. Dead easy. I like it extra crispy. It’s very ahem salty, so I’m sure you’d like it :grinning:

I remember the first time I cooked it, it blew my mind that you could fry cheese and it not just melt everywhere.

It’s really good in a salad with grapes :+1:

Oh lordy halloumi is amazing!!! :tada: there is a thing called saganaki ( not sure if I spelt that right ? ) but halloumi with lemon squeezed on it is phowwwaaa :tada:

Yes, like people have said: pan fry it in a drop of oil, both sides. You can also barbeque it. Dad serves it as a side dish with meat. I like it in a chicken burger. Or with strawberries… :yum:

Dinner feast…
Creamy salmon soup and homemade rye.

Bread is 100% rye, no other flour used.
I used the left over salmon (head and bones) to make fish stock for this soup.

I have no complaints, this is pretty wonderful :yum:
