Thank you for the recommendations. I’ll look into those

And good for you for diving into a cookbook! Like I said, that’s what really helped me get more passionate about cooking. We don’t need to reinvent the wheel but we do need to try recipes and take notes for what we might do differently in the future. Good on you!

She takes care of cleaning my floor. She’s just waiting for me to drop something. Most of the time she lays in the middle of the floor and I have to step over or around her. :grimacing: She’s almost 15 so she’s earned her spot. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: She basically gets to do whatever she wants.

Just make it with oats and gluten-free flour and then you can do it as regular. Well Vegan butter to. But that’s how I cook. I just replace everything I can’t eat with the gluten-free or vegan alternative. And I know that Finland is leading in Diary free options. Sweden should learn from you guys.

We’ve got Rörstrands outlet not to far away from me. They’ve got those Moomin mugs and they are really expensive. I wouldn’t dare to drink from one. :joy:

When I travel, I eat these right out of the bag. I pour the dressing in, shake it and eat it. I really do hope to travel extensively again.

Salsa Brava for lunch.
@RosaCanDo :wave: hola mi amiga
Chips and salsa.
The green one is a pineapple habanero :yum: OMG it was so fucking good. Thought you’d appreciate it. They also do a pork carnitas with a peach habanero. I’ll have to try that next time if we ever go back there.

My main was the blackened salmon tacos. There is salmon underneath all the fresh veggie stuff. And this one had a mango pico as well.

Went all out for my last meal before surgery tomorrow. Cauliflower rice and quinoa with diced tomatoes and pickled serrano peppers. Pan seared salmon and scallops cooked in butter, plus steamed asparagus. So delicious!

Thinking about you for your surgery @RosaCanDo , nice that you’re getting it done. Good nutritious food after surgery is one of the most healing things that you can do. And you’re on your way! Wishing you a quick recovery.

I was motivated to prep this morning at 6am before work and cooked up some sprouted farro, and roasted some peppers so I could make a salad at work for lunch. Or I guess “bowl” is the trendy term :laughing: No dressing but added some pickled beet chunks which add a nice flavour. And goat cheese crumbles. Had it with a little piece of cold leftover rainbow trout
