Got my Street Sauces today. I hope they’re good. I’m going to make a little chipotle mayo for my fries for dinner tonight.
I have the rojo and it’s okay! I didnt know they had these other flavors!
Rosa recommended the Chipotle and like usual I bought the variety pack. The chipotle mayo came out great for dipping fries.
I managed to get up and make a little dinner with the wife’s help. She would have done it but I been in bed all day and just had to get up to do something.
Polish Kielbasa Crinkle Cut Fries and Sauerkraut.
Their stuff is great.

It needs tweaking. I’m never satisfied. It called for white wine. I think red would be better. And a better cut of beef like some tenderloin next time.

Smoked pork chops cooking from the farm across the way. Plus mashed rutabaga, roast red-skinned potatoes and asparagus

Rutabaga is one of my faves. But I don’t see it here.
Dad always put it in his boiled kielbasa dinners. Grew up loving rutabaga and turnips.
We always had it growing up. I’d mix it in with my mashed potatoes We’d always called it turnip though, even though it was the wax-covered rutabaga. Most still call it turnip here so I’m trying to be more accurate in my aging years
