Foodies Unite #3 (trigger warning food) (Part 1)

Mine was a little over cooked too! But I like mine med-rare. Still super tasty, like you said.

Sounds delicious, and I would love both the Boxed Mac’n cheese (Mississippi Belle ftw) and the pasta

Neat! I should make one. I was confused by the mushrooms. Some kind of strange squid sliced, I thought…I’ve never seen such tall stalks :flushed:

I’m so glad to hear it’s working for you! I need to get it, now. They better not discontinue it, and you better not have jinxed us! If they do I’ll be writing letters to the company…or do people not do that these days? I guess I’d be tweeting about it, instead, huh.

So freaking good. :yum: Sometimes it’s just the little simple comfort foods that aren’t fancy that taste the best.

Stopped at Go Shushi on my way home from chiropractor. Got one of their specialty rolls and my fave. The Indy Roll. Suppose to be named after that big rolling stone in the Indiana Jones movie.

Tomato soup with zucchini and tortellini is coming along! Tastes great. So glad I froze so many tomatoes from the garden. I’ve never used dried tortellini before, so wish me luck! I’m cooking them separately so we can add as much as we want to our individual bowls, and so I can freeze any extra soup if I need to.
