Italian Pepper Cheese Steak Sandos
I’m not vegan, but I do work at a vegan restaurant, as a prep cook. Most of my meals are non meat/vegetarian. I don’t eat red meat. I do have a soft spot for sausages and pork products lol.
My daughter is Veggie. I like and try everything. My wife is meat and potatoes. Anyway… whenever we visit my daughter in LA we let her take us to this vegan place she loves called Cross Roads Kitchen

I don’t know what the hell I’m eating or most of the stuff they use but it’s alway good and looks so pretty. Check out their menu if you’re interested it’s pretty cool. Especially their artichoke oysters
