Trying the new bacon & grass fed beef burgers from the farm across the way. Tasty! I topped mine with old cheddar, mayo, horseradish Dijon, sautéed mushrooms and a bit of leftover broccoli slaw. Salad was leftover veggies from fridge clean out & feta

Pot Roast
Mash potatoes and
Roasted carrots.

I’ve eaten more roasted carrots in a year of cooking at home than I have my whole life. And I love them.
I never knew they were so easy to do.

Spent the afternoon in the kitchen. Off and on anyway. Making Marcella Hazan’s Bolognese


Simmering away the 2 cups of milk.


Then simmering away the 2 cups of white wine.


Simmering the crushed tomatoes.

Voila :ok_hand:

It’s so good :blush:
And the leftovers will be incredible.
