I thought I had way more pics of my bbq then I actually do, this is a sign for the weekend do a nice BBQ just some pork cutlets I like making wraps with those and I guess I was in my face of hot dogs, don’t care what anyone thinks of em, a good dog is hard to beat
Agreed about a good hot dog. Might be one of my favorite comfort foods. Hard to beat a Chicago dog with the works.
My husband asked me to teach him how to make a casserole since I will be leaving in May for about a month to stay with my brother, SIL and niece. It was a delightful morning together in the kitchen. When I was drinking I hated when he was in the kitchen with me and I was a right bitch to him a lot. This was so lovely to experience.
The masterpiece! Tuna and rice casserole with mushrooms, peas and carrots and fresh shredded cheddar cheese. Tortilla chip crumbs and cheese mixed for the topping. Smells amazing! My guy has lunches sorted for the week now.
That looks really good. Hope you’ve got some good salsa.
Well done. Looks great.
OK so I’m re discovering food again. The last month I lost 7kgs in my relapse so now im determined not to put it back on but to fuel my body with all natural non processed foods. I’m going to learn how to cook again. But today , for my first meal I’m just eating a big bowl of broccoli because my body is craving greens. Pepper tumeric avocado oil and Sesame’s. A simple side dish but delish. My goal now is learn some new light healthy dishes, so il be back on here regularly now
Grilled tuna melt on
Buttermilk white, with Swiss a
Little purple O and lettuce.
Would have been great with regular potato chips but the Doritos will have to do.
Happy to see you eating again and on here posting.
That’s what I’m craving!
Bad photo but we had breakfast tacos for dinner. Eggs, potatoes, ham and onions and salsa verde. Edit: also cheese. Lots of Mexican blend shredded cheese.
It’s been awhile. Use to be a staple. Oh I forgot to post.
You all know the best part of the meatloaf?
Leftover meatloaf sandwiches!!
Can’t wait for that.
Omg that is a total favorite!!!
I had never heard of breakfast tacos before I moved to Texas. Boy was I missing out. They’re probably a bigger deal than barbecue in Austin.
Soooooo yummy!
