Vietnamese chicken roll. I think coriander/ cilantro is in my top three all time fav ingredients. Cant get enough of it. So many people dislike it!!

We called it bubble n squeek growing up. Left over dinner taters fried up with what ever else was veggie left overs lol. It was also so yummy
