Last night’s extremely Dutch endive and mashed potatoes with bacon and smoked sausage. In my memory my mum made this at least 4 times a week.

I kinda feel like instead of being called “white chocolate” it should be something like… “cocoa butter bar”. “White chocolate” is just false advertising that inevitably crushes the hopes and dreams of your tastebuds.
(Though I do actually like quality “white chocolate”)
