Sautéed colourful cherry tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, cream cheese and this time I added some julienned zucchini to pan to balance out carb-heavy pasta, and a touch of basil pesto. A handful of leftover spaghetti noodles, smoked Canadian mussels & pea shoots
I need you to come make me food. Can you be here in an hour?

Yesterday morning - fully loaded homemade biscuits done bannock bread style with vegetarian “sausage” gravy
Homemade high protein pancakes the morning before. No sugar, lots of cocoa powder. Topped with a maple rhubarb compote.
I lived on cuppa soups for almost a week when I had covid. Its all I wanted and felt like. Hope you start feeling better soon

Cooked a rare dinner for 1 tonight and I was craving steak. So steamed sweet potato, peppered steak and half an avocado it was. I may have inhaled it lol

Made BBQ chicken, cesar pasta salad and ranch and feta “street corn” let me tell ya I was worried the corn would be not great…ranch…on corn …but with the addition of feta and scallions…it was so freaking delish! I would do it again for sure. Lol

I definitely prefer the spicy tomatoe mackerel in the tin, but the are usually £1, the plain one is 59p in lydl and sometimes add a splash of Tabasco yum!!
